A mi me ha servido para retomar esto ya, ahora si, al 100% y de paso ponerme al d\u00eda con muuuchas cosas. Y empiezo con un post que entrenar\u00e1 secci\u00f3n, y es que muchos de vosotros me hab\u00e9is animado a que os hable un poco de nutrici\u00f3n, y tambi\u00e9n os dejar\u00e9 alguna receta. As\u00ed que&#8230; <strong>\u00a1\u00a1vamos all\u00e1!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u00bfSab\u00edais que lo que comemos influye en nuestro cuerpo? Me explico, muchas veces preguntamos que hace la gente para tener la piel que tiene. Pues bien, influyen 2 cosas principalmente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La primera,  la gen\u00e9tica. Si aunque parezca una tonter\u00eda, nuestra gen\u00e9itca influye much\u00edsimo en nuestro cuerpo, y sobre todo en nuestra piel. <\/li><li>Y la segunda, lo que comemos. Si, le\u00e9is bien, lo que comemos juega un papel fundamental en nuestra piel, e influye mucho en como avanza con los a\u00f1os.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede ser eso posible? Muy f\u00e1cil.  Todo lo que comemos o bebemos se refleja en nuestro cuerpo, afect\u00e1ndonos o benefici\u00e1ndonos en m\u00faltiples niveles, y la piel es el \u00f3rgano que primero demuestra si estamos aliment\u00e1ndonos bien o no. Por este motivo es tan importante tener una alimentaci\u00f3n sana, porque as\u00ed estaremos ayudando a que nuestra piel se vea saludable y por tanto nos veremos mejor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uniim1.shutterfly.com\/ng\/services\/mediarender\/THISLIFE\/024018822194\/media\/35029637745\/medium\/1584394582\/enhance\" alt=\"\" width=\"636\" height=\"424\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">De poco nos sirve gastar mucho dinero en tratamientos o en productos, si luego ingerimos cosas que perjudican a nuestro organismo y por tanto, a nuestra piel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Las frutas y las verduras aportan vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes necesarios para la salud, y por tanto, tambi\u00e9n para la belleza.  Adem\u00e1s proporcionan buena parte del agua que necesitamos ingerir por d\u00eda para el buen funcionamiento de nuestro cuerpo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Todas las frutas y hortalizas de color amarillo y naranja, y las verduras de hoja verde contienen buenas dosis de vitamina A. Tambi\u00e9n los c\u00edtricos, los kiwis, las frutas rojas y el perejil son alimentos ricos en vitamina C, imprescindibles para la cicatrizaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n del col\u00e1geno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uniim1.shutterfly.com\/ng\/services\/mediarender\/THISLIFE\/024018822194\/media\/35029637665\/medium\/1584394577\/enhance\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"412\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Por ejemplo, \u00bfsab\u00edas que el arroz es capaz de calmar las irritaci\u00f3nes epid\u00e9rmicas? Pues tambi\u00e9n tiene una propiedad muy importante a lo largo de nuestra vida: estimular la s\u00edntesis de col\u00e1geno de nuestra piel, adem\u00e1s de ser un antioxidante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uniim1.shutterfly.com\/ng\/services\/mediarender\/THISLIFE\/024018822194\/media\/35029642916\/medium\/1584394851\/enhance\" alt=\"\" width=\"472\" height=\"709\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">El cacao, adem\u00e1s de liberar endorfinas y por tanto generar felicidad, tambi\u00e9n es rico en flavonoides, que son unos compuestos naturales que ayudan a reducir el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares e incluso algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer. Tambi\u00e9n posee vitaminas A, B, C, D, E, y K, que son las encargadas de fortalecer y reestructurar la piel, activando la microcirculaci\u00f3n y luchando contra el envejecimiento prematuro.  Pero ojo, cacao lo m\u00e1s puro posible, que nos conocemos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uniim1.shutterfly.com\/ng\/services\/mediarender\/THISLIFE\/024018822194\/media\/35029637730\/medium\/1584394581\/enhance\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"866\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Otro aspecto muy importante a la hora de tener una piel bonita, es reducir la ingesta de productos ultrapocesados y bebidas azucaradas. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? F\u00e1cil, y es que el exceso de az\u00facar en nuestra sangre ayuda a producir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scielo.sa.cr\/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1409-00152015000100019\">AGEs <em>(que son unos productos de glicaci\u00f3n avanzada)<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>los cuales interaccionan de manera negativo con diversas prote\u00ednas de nuestro organismo, como por ejemplo el col\u00e1geno y la elastina de nuestra dermis. \u00bfY que sucede?
